Emma commenced her career in legal practice as a junior in 1993 in the United Kingdom and was admitted as Lawyer in 2001. Having run her very successful law firm in the UK for 14 years Emma emigrated to Australia in 2015 and first joined Nash- Clavey in 2016.
Emma now works exclusively in the areas of Wills and Probate and is also a Nationally Accredited Mediator. Emma has a relaxed and friendly approach and ensures that her client’s are provided with all the information needed to make the right choices for themselves and that they fully understand all aspects of their legal documents.
Outside of work Emma’s happy place is on the water; wherever and whenever that may be and she thinks herself extremely lucky everyday to be living in such a beautiful location as Mandurah.
