Catherine has been practising law for nearly 30 years and is now working exclusively in the areas of Wills and Probate.
Catherine’s client testimonials speak to her friendly and relaxed interview style. And with extensive legal experience and finely honed drafting skills, Catherine is able to craft documents to suit her clients, no matter how complex their financial and personal circumstances.
Outside of the office, Catherine continues on the challenging path of regenerative farming on her property in Waroona. She also enjoys open water swimming with the intrepid ladies of Avalon Bay, sailing and horse riding:; anything that gets her outdoors and into nature.

Emma Commenced her career in legal practice in 1993 and was admitted as a lawyer in 2001.

Holly embarked on her legal journey with NashClavey-Mandurah in 2018 and was admitted to practice as a Lawyer in 2020.
Kerry joined the NashClavey-Mandurah team in 2016 and has covered every administration role within the firm in this time. She is now our fabulous bookkeeper looking after our accounts. Kerry is a country girl at heart and loves living on her farm with her family and all her furry friends.
Robyn has worked closely with Catherine and the team at NashClavey-Mandurah for over 10 years. She works closely with our laywers by setting up files and contacting clients if we need any further information.
Diane Martin

Diane has nearly 10 years’ experience in legal practice, over 35 years in client relationship roles and takes pride in providing exceptional client service. Outside of work she enjoys the gym, hiking and a variety of outdoor sports and activities, spending quality time with family and doing DIY projects around the home.
Nadine joined our team in 2024 and brings with her over 35 years’ experience in the legal profession in an administration/secretarial role. Nadine is passionate about attention to detail and delivering a memorable client experience. In her spare time, Nadine’s personal interests include watching ice hockey and Formula 1 motorsport, going fishing and getting creative with her various arts and crafts. in an administration/secretarial role.
Sarah has been with our firm since the end of 2020 and as the daughter of our director Catherine she has seen the firm grow into the reliable and welcoming local business it is today. Currently, Sarah is in her final year of a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education, majoring in the Visual Arts, with a minor in Home Economics. She enjoys spending her free time in creative pursuits including, painting, sewing, baking, or sitting back to relax over an episode or two of The Great Pottery Throw Down.
Piper joined our team in late 2024. She takes pride in her work, is eager to learn and make our clients feel comfortable. Outside of work, Piper enjoys baking sweet treats, shopping and going to the beautiful beaches around Mandarah.
